Ongoing training continues at all levels in the organisation. WickedWest managers attend regular training courses on a wide range of industry-related issues.

The drivers are the company's ambassadors since they are in contact with the client and give the first impression of the operator.

So particular care is taken at WickedWest to recruit, train and enroll high-calibre drivers as members of the team. As a result most drivers are mature and experienced and the turnover of drivers at WickedWest is one of the lowest in the industry. Their training requirements are continually reviewed and address the needs of specialist drivers for specialist tasks such as fork lift drivers and drivers of hazardous cargo.
